  3. 3. Protecting the head• Never touch the neck!• Lift and putdown with two hands withouttouchingneck or ears.• Lift with two hand and putdown with one hand (assuming the other hand is busy). The head must not rotate! Nose up all the time!
  4. 4. Protectingshoulder and elbow• Always support for the elbow.• On stomach move arm from beside the hip up to the head. Always keep the hand lowerthan the shoulder.
  5. 5. Protectingknees• Cross legs followingnaturalpattern• Feel the differanceif you just lift the foot
  6. 6. Support• Neck• Hand• Lower back• Kneejoint
