  • Livolsi Group is one of the main authorized service centre in Italy for all pre- and after-sales services in consumer and professional electronics. For over 25 years the firm has been an important point of reference in Milan and province and through its advance logistics Livolsi can collect from all Italy. Important brands of the sector (such as Casio, Fujifilm, Oregon Scientific, Sony Mobile e Kaz Europe with Braun, Honeywell, Scholl and Vicks, have chosen Livolsi Group as Italian Partner for their after-sale services management.   • 1987/1991 Faustino Livolsi starts the business as repair workshop for AUDIO/VIDEO products and TV aerials installation. The firm becomes authorized service centre for Nokia, Mitsubishi, Brondi, Hitachi (mobile phones), Sony (audio/video), Ericsson and Motorola. 2004/2011 Livolsi obtains the authorized service management for Samsung audio/video and mobile phones and becomes Casio service centre for Italy and only reference point for watches repair. Livolsi buys the service centre Terragni, for over 40 years point of reference in Milan for services and consulting on high-end HI-FIs, and enters the niche market of high-end audiophile listeners. Fujifilm agrees with Livolsi the collection of its products at Italian level and becomes its only call centre for Italy. Today Livolsi provides also service on professional products (audio/video and medical devices) and musical instruments. Hisense audio/video is today part of the range of products managed by Livolsi. The collection service is available for all the following brands: Tim, Vodafone, H3G, Acer, Alcatel, Blackberry, Htc, Huawei, LG (mobile), Motorola, Nec, Onda and Zte. For its consulting activity and technical support on a/v system designing and installations, Livolsi Group is today a point of reference also for Manufacturers, Mobile Providers and Businesses.
