Faculty Development
We need to develop an online pedagogy also. How do we best teach instructors how to teach online? Online education is so new that we haven’t documented how to best reach our instructors. How do we evaluate whether our training methods are actually transforming our teaching practices?

So many of the articles are still 'best practices' and 'this is how we did it,' which are great resources. However, if web tools--1st and 2nd generation--are to be taken seriously, we need to document our successes.

Wow, I think that this is a great slide, I would also add something about how the predominant work place interactions were face to face in the industrial revolution and how now it is computer to computer or Techno-personal/ Techno-centric type communication!
