- About Many of you may already know that over a year ago I started the DADvocate Project. The DADvocate Project grew out of a desire to understand the changing role a father plays in the family. Unfortunately Dads are given a bad rap in the press and I want to do something about that. In the past year I have had 425 people take the DADvocate survey. I have presented on some of the initial finding and I have even appeared on CNN as a result of the work I am doing. I need your help. I’m not asking you to buy anything.
