  • Our health is impacted by both lifestyles and food choices. This diagram explains the situation of our modern diet. The green line in the center identifies where herbalife is operating. Our objective is optimum nutrition. Above the line, you can see that we have problem areas: excesses in our diet which include what we often refer to as the controllable elements such as sugar, salt, alcohol, tobacco, and fats. But then there are also the ones we can’t completely control such as chemicals, pesticides, artificial colors, preservatives, pollution and hormones. In addition, we also have deficiencies. Below the line you can see that we don’t get enough protein, especially vegetable protein, vitamins, minerals, micronutrients, fiber, botanicals and water.
