  • What do we do...??? • • How: Use everything we know to create experiments which aim to fix societal and social problems • Why: We feel like life is too short to not have a meaningful job • 2/14 What: A creative lab for social innovation who improves the quality of life for young people through social entrepreneurship and digital media Have we fixed any problems? We´re working on it! But we have run a few experiments.
  • • Create small scale experiments in a low risk framework to find new solutions 3/14
  • 1. Insights • understanding the people we are trying to help • what motivates them • what concerns them 4/14
  • 2. Ideas • ideas that might work based on the insight • been done before? 5/14
  • 3. Test ideas • test the ideas to narrow it down 6/14
  • 4. Iterate • learn from the testing to improve on what works and get rid of what doesn´t 7/14
  • 5. Scale (or not) • should it scale? • if so, how? 8/14
  • Hypotheses: students are best at talking about alcohol prevention/early intervention (drinking culture) when they are the target group themselves 9/14
  • Hypotheses: youth who have a long term illness want to live a normal life, and not focus on their illness all the time 10/14
  • Hypotheses: Stronger narratives through digital storytelling in Child Services 11/14
