Leaders are called to empower, motivate and build trust among their colleagues. This role not only involves managing the everyday tasks of people, it engrosses developing the people in order to get the everyday tasks done. Leaders and management become people developers. They continue and further develop themselves which allows them to give away what they have. People developers have the crucial task of nurturing their colleagues and developing future leaders. These developers must harness the three essential qualities of a team player, foster the two irrefutable laws of leadership, advocate loyalty and be innovative and bold in creating motivating incentives to develop future leaders.
