  • Hello Citizens of Waller! My name is Michelle Polk, and my name is Terrence B. Roberts II, and we are representatives of Rockin’ PT Production. Today we are here to show you how to host an antique fair.
  • We will go through the steps in more detail on the concurrent slides.
  • We at Rockin’ PT Productions pride ourselves in finding prime locations for our events. For the first step, we had to find a location to hold the event, since it was for the City of Waller, we had to find a resident willing to donate their properties for our use, so that we wouldn’t inconvenience the towns people by hosting at another location.
  • We also felt that it would be more beneficial to the company to hire volunteers from the high school teams, PTA/PTO, and residents.
  • How would we acquire the permits? First of all, we would have to go to the City of Waller City Hall to acquire the food permit, the safety permit, the alcohol permit, the parking permit, event permits, and sound permits.
  • For booth pricing, we designated vendors to purchase their own booth. This would entail, paying the utilities associated with the booth, purchasing their supplies for that group, and maintenance of their booth. NOTE: All sales profits go to you and your business and organization
  • Come to the festival to meet Waller High School football star Cody Johnson and well as fellow Waller football player Eddie Brown. Dallas Cowboys coach, and resident of Waller, Wade Philips will be there as well as State Senator Glenn Hegar. For Our Entertainment slot, we have Blake Shelton, Cory Walker and Local Favorite, The Emotions.
  • It is imperative to have communication during an antique fair as great as this, so here are some of our necessities for the set up for our fair (list them from the slide)
