  • 10. We’ve developed the program with Stephan Bodian Stephan Bodian is a world-renowned meditation teacher, psychotherapist, and mindfulness consultant. Mr. Bodian is the bestselling author of Meditation For Dummies® as well as the author of Wake Up Now: A Guide to the Journey of Spiritual Awakening, published by McGraw-Hill. Mr. Bodian began practicing Zen in 1970 after studying Asian language and culture at Columbia and Stanford.
