2014 Adjunct Faculty Resume of Marki Lemons Ryhal

My teaching philosophy is grounded in the fact that change is inevitable. Students must understand theory and the importance of having a solid foundation grounded in facts while, knowing they must evolve and become lifelong learners to survive and thrive in today’s business world.

As an instructor I utilize new and innovative tools to convey messages whether oral, visual, or tactical. These tools include RSS feeds that convey information to me as it occurs in real time via my mobile device or tablet. Through innovative real time tools students are allowed to think beyond conventional theories and explore problems as they arise. Due to the fast and constant change of today’s business world students need to remember theory while focusing on reality as they develop solutions and expand upon emerging ideas.
