    • We are going to cover in today’s meeting
    • and the upcoming ones the
    • 17 Essential Qualities Of A Team Player
    • Every meeting we are going to cover one essential and discuss it in details and receive some feed back from the group.
  • 3. The Winning Team
    • We can not build great team without great
    • players. That is a fact.
    • “ You can lose with a good players, but you cannot win without them”
    • So how can we get good players?
    • How can we become good players?
  • 4. The Winning Team
    • When it comes to having good people on
    • a team, we only have 2 choices.
      • Train them
      • Trade for them
    • We have to grow the players that we have
    • into champions, or we go out and recruit
    • championship caliber people with a track
    • of success.
  • 5. Champions
    • These essentials are going to help us
    • become champions and a winning team.
    • Teamwork and personal rigidity just don’t
    • mix.
    • If you want to work well with others,
    • you have to be willing to adapt yourself to
    • your team.

    • ADAPTABLE
    • IF YOU WON’T CHANGE FOR THE TEAM,
    • THE TEAM MAY CHANGE YOU

    • see that the experience will
    • take me to a new level”

    • Get into the habit of learning
    • Learn something everyday and share

    • Reevaluate your role
    • Find out how you could improve what you
    • do or add to what you do
    • Think outside the lines
    • Not why it can’t be done but how it can be done.

    • We have covered in the past, skills we should be working on to improve our productivity out of the same schedule without having to work longer hours or harder.
