Evaluation <ul><li>Evaluation is a continual process (informal or formal) of judging a situation against a standard. </li></ul><ul><li>Evaluation is an attitude of continuous striving for higher goals. </li></ul><ul><li>Evaluation is a process for judging an individual’s or group’s completion of a task against a standard. </li></ul>

  17. 17. 11. Managing of Learning <ul><li>The emphasis is on learning, not on what one teaches </li></ul><ul><li>The manager of learning helps an individual to become a more effective leader </li></ul><ul><li>Four steps: guided discovery, teach/learn, application, evaluation </li></ul>
  18. 18. 11. Managing of Learning <ul><li>Learning is meant to be the gaining of knowledge, the improvement of skills, or the development of attitudes in a certain area (KSA) </li></ul><ul><li>Attitudes are more important than skills or knowledge, but the most difficult to acquire </li></ul>
