  4. 4. Business Design is not about doing business in design, but it’s all about how to design a business. At todays design-oriented age, Business Design is a crucial knowledge that every business person should understand in order to keep their business grow and exciting. Business Design By thinking like a designer (design thinking), a business person will be able to develop innovation such as new product, service or business model. Business design is applicable for the start-up business, on-going business or even to help the going-down-to-the-slump business. 24. 24. Business Design In Business Design, designing and developing a business has the same approach with other design project. Instead of working on linear thinking, Design Thinking is a holistic creative apporach to create innovation in product, service or business model. Design Thinking Design Thinking refers to the methods and processes for investigating ill-defined problems, acquiring information, analyzing knowledge, and positing solutions in the design and planning fields.
