Meghna’s Portfolio 2005-2009 I have been doing art for my entire life. This set of slides has examples of color, form, and proportions. It also has designs from my company MNA. The slides are a compilation of my work over the past four years.
The following two slides are abstract color, done in acrylic.
The eye of the storm
The unending matrix of doom which my life will become if I don’t get into college
The next two slides are nature studies I did in grades nine and ten respectively
The first is of bamboo and the second is of part of a plant in my school courtyard
The next three slides
Object studies ( still life)
A wine bottle
A bell traditionally used as decoration in Indian households.
A still life – cushions under a bookshelf - done in watercolor pencils
The next two slides
Linoleum cut of a peacock in a traditional Indian folk art
A scenery done with ballpoint pen on watercolor paper
I have started a company called MNA with two other people. We make merchandise themed around Bangalore and the following slides represent my designs for the T- shirts, and the other products.
