    • The predicate adjective is the adjective in the predicate part of the sentence.
    • You know it is a predicate adjective because like I said up there it is an adjective in the predicate part of the sentence.
    • EXAMPLE.
    • The volcano erupted violently.
  • 3. Demonstrative adjectives.
    • Demonstrative adjectives point out specific people or things using this, that, these, or those.
    • Example: Don’t eat those berries.
