Typical MS Project Server Lifecycle¡  Iterative planning and tracking process 1.  Project manager creates project plan using Project Professional and publishes the plan to Project Server 2.  Project Server sends an e-mail to the team members notifying them of their new task assignments in the project. Team members can view this assignment via Project Web Access 3.  Team members update their project progress via Project Web Access 4.  Project manager receives and reviews updates.
