  1. 1. Mrs. Jackson’s Class Our Teeth Stories October 2011 The children were given story starters. Each student wrote their own short story about when they lost a tooth and illustrated it. They used Microsoft Word and Clipart.
  2. 2. Abby I Remember When I Lost My Third Tooth … When I lost my tooth, I was at a birthday party at Pump It Up. It fell on the floor. It was my third tooth. I picked it up and I went home and watched TV. And I put in a baggy then I went to sleep. I woke up and found five dollars and put it in my piggybank. I told mom and she said she got a nickel. We were talking about it all day.
  3. 3. Amanda I Remember When I Lost My Eighth Tooth … I got two dollars. It was my last tooth so far. I lost my eighth tooth on the bus. It was bleeding. I put it under my pillow. I used the two dollars for lunch. I got ice cream.
  4. 4. Anna I Remember When I Lost My First Tooth … I was in my house. I was dying to pull my tooth out! First I took a bite of an apple and my tooth got really wiggly. Then my Mom got a tissue and pulled it out. Then she got a container for my tooth and placed it in nicely. I ran downstairs to call my Dad at work. He was very happy!

And then I pulled my tooth out of my mouth. When I got home, I put it under my pillow. Then, the next morning, there was four dollars. Two were under my pillow and two were on my floor.
