    • We learned:
    • There is a relationship between good nutrition and health.
    • Grains have carbohydrates which give us lots of energy.
    • Vegetables have vitamin A and help us to see better.
    • Fruit has vitamin C and helps our bruises and cuts heal.
    • Milk/Dairy has calcium that helps build strong bones and teeth.
    • Meat gives us protein and helps us to have strong muscles.
    • We shouldn’t eat a lot of oils, sugar and fat.
