Eating Right Every Day <ul><li>We learned: </li></ul><ul><li>There is a relationship between good nutrition and health. </li></ul><ul><li>Grains have carbohydrates which give us lots of energy. </li></ul><ul><li>Vegetables have vitamin A and help us to see better. </li></ul><ul><li>Fruit has vitamin C and helps our bruises and cuts heal. </li></ul><ul><li>Milk/Dairy has calcium that helps build strong bones and teeth. </li></ul><ul><li>Meat gives us protein and helps us to have strong muscles. </li></ul><ul><li>We shouldn’t eat a lot of oils, sugar and fat. </li></ul>
