Service will guide user inside Cairo via any kind of mobiles “supporting GPS or not” and tell him the most suitable way between his place and his destination .
Service will notify user with any accidental changes happen in traffic.
Service will introduce a fundamental information for drivers whether general or related to specific roads.
Service will tell user the easiest, fastest and securest ways over 24/7.

Non-GPS Mobiles

User will subscribe in DYW Service by providing the following basic data:

1- Home Location.
2- Destination Location “Work – School – University - …”.
3- Times “departure and arrival times”.

User will receive a daily SMS contains:
The current traffic situation.
The most suitable way between home/destination locations.
The average speed on the road and average estimation time for his trip.
User will receive SMS in accidental situations in the traffic.
User can send a request to ask for information about another way.
User can update his basic data and delete/renew his account.

GPS Mobiles

User can subscribe in the same package of Non-GPS Mobiles.
User will provide DYW Service with the following basic data:

1- Home Location.
2- Destination Location “Work – School – University - …”.
3- Times “departure and arrival times”.

User will receive a simple map contains most suitable way as “static image” or via GPS “Integration with GPS”
Static Image: User will receive a fully details of the way “street names – bridges – tunnels - …” plus the attached map.

The Idea
Non-GPS Mobiles:

A checkpoints will be exist in most of Cairo’s Streets.
A periodically data will be transferred from these checkpoints to central location “traffic status, allowed speed, estimated times, …”.
An updated sheets will be filled by these data.
An automatic process will be applied on subscribed users to provide them with daily SMS.
A manual process will be applied on further requests:
Given updated sheets, Someone will reply with SMS contains required data.

Static Image:
A pre-defined maps will be available and ready to be used based on user’s basic data.
Each Map will provided by basic information “street names – bridges – tunnels - …”.
Maps will explain the way by highlighted lines on the most suitable road plus descriptive text for this way.
