About I have significant experience working with information, including years doing rich technical work and 6 years as director of a world-class research library. I am passionate about information science writ large. Open/public access, semantic web, text mining, predictive analytics, collaborative systems, ubiquitous computing, MOOC - the list of “buzzwords” emerging in information-based areas goes on, and I have continuously built my professional toolkit to keep up.
