      • Power supply distribution: 59.63 % (238.5) megawatt of the whole consumption of Yangon city.
      • Telephone connection : Out of 157,300 telephone lines, 120,000 are workable and thus 76.28 % has been restored.
      • Water supply : 98.5 % of daily water usage in Yangon.

      • US$ 21.30 million to rehabilitate salt fields and salt-making industry 460 godowns, 460 tractors, 1,610 water pumps, 2,940 living quarters and necessary implements for salt making industry

      • to build 30-foot high and 120-foot wide hillocks at the back of villages facing the sea
      • to build causeways linking villages, high embankments to prevent floods and construct village roads for communication
      • to systematically grow trees capable of preventing debankment
