  2. 3. About Happytown College <ul><li>We are a small (3,500 undergrads) liberal arts college in the northeast United States. We have approximately 235 full-time faculty, and we offer 35 undergraduate majors. We also serve the community surrounding the college, providing, at a minimum, online and browsing access. Our library contains approximately 1,000,000 holdings. </li></ul>

How it Works… <ul><li>Centralizes authentication for a particular online resource licensed by the University. </li></ul><ul><li>University purchases the license and allows anyone affiliated with our system to gain access to the resources. </li></ul><ul><li>EZproxy runs on a machine on your network so requests for database requests come from IP address on your network. </li></ul><ul><li>Affiliation is determined by possession of the Happytown Network ID assigned to students, faculty and staff. </li></ul>
