Abstract <ul><li>RSMS – Real State Management System helps prospective home buyers to find their desired home by searching through RSMS Home Searching Agent and thus make necessary appointments, submit an Offer or Perform Legal Document Processing. </li></ul><ul><li>On the other hand the system helps Sellers to List and Sell their home through an interactive web interface and Accept/Reject an Offer or do other necessary works </li></ul><ul><li>Auto Alert/Email Notification keeps the System Real-Time and easily communicable. </li></ul><ul><li>Thus RSMS helps the Prospective Home Buyer and Sellers Buy and Sell Homes through a full featured Automated Online Services </li></ul>

Prospective Home Buyers are looking for an affordable homes where as the sellers want to sell their homes quickly bypassing intermediary human interaction or manual process. </li></ul><ul><li>RSMS is intended to develop in a Multi-Agent environment which should provide an automated ,intelligent and interactive web based environment to fulfill the ever-growing need. </li></ul>

To buy or sell the properties, customers have to depend on the intermediary Realtor’s intervention which costs them time and money </li></ul><ul><li>It is rarely impossible to buy or sell properties, manage legal procedures, communicate with banking systems for mortgage approval online or sitting on the other side of the world </li></ul><ul><li>Available web based systems provide the primitive searching mechanism which includes numerous manual processes and intermediary human interaction or Realtors involvement </li></ul>
  7. 7. 1.1.2 Business Case <ul><li>RSMS is a Multi-Agent Environment which provides a wide variety of interactive processes to List, Buy, Sell Properties, manage legal procedure, interact with external banking systems for mortgage approval upon automated credit validation process </li></ul><ul><li>Buyers or Sellers can buy or sell their properties online and through a secure web tunnel </li></ul><ul><li>This system has internal interpreters to interact with other external systems serving in different areas of a country or even different countries of the world </li></ul>

  11. 11. 1.4.2 Requirements <ul><ul><li>RSMS shall provide the detail property information of desired or selected property </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>RSMS shall provide a searching mechanism to let Home Buyers find their desired home in a user-friendly and interactive environment </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>RSMS shall collect the respective community information and provide to the home buyer. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>RSMS shall make appointments for the requested user with the listing Seller. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>RSMS shall send an automatic notification to the Seller when an offer is being submitted for one of his listed homes </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>RSMS shall send an automatic notification to the Buyer when an offer is being accepted or declined for one of his listed homes </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>RSMS shall send auto alerts to the subscribed users for Auto Notification for the newly listed homes based on user’s preferences </li></ul></ul>

  19. 19. 2.2 RSMS Actors and Roles <ul><li>By following Tropos approach, we tried to define the Top level goals of RSMS as well as defining Soft Goals, Hard Goals, Actors and Roles. Circles define the Actors/Roles of a System where as Clouds represent Soft Goals and Rounded Rectangles represent hard goals of the system. Arrows define the dependencies between actors to achieve certain goal. The following Actor diagram shows the top level view of RSMS Actors and their goals. </li></ul>

It corresponds with al other existing Agents to make sure that the job is done </li></ul><ul><li>RSMS central Agent requests for desired property/hot buys, schedules an appointment, submits and offer, communicates with external agents like banking agent/credit info validation agent/community information agent </li></ul><ul><li>RSMS Central Agent communicates back and forth between front end user and back end web services </li></ul>2.3.1 Agent Description

Then it calls Property Information Service to search for the right property based on user’s preferences. </li></ul><ul><li>Property Information Agent brings the List of Hot Buys after researching trough user’s criteria and property listing repository </li></ul><ul><li>Property Information Agent also communicates with User Information Agent to bring Buyer/Sellers’ info if requested </li></ul>2.3.2 Agent Description

  26. 26. <ul><li>Scheduling/Notification Agent </li></ul><ul><li>Scheduling/Notification Agent communicates with RSMS Central Agent to send the Auto Alert or System Generated Information to the User </li></ul><ul><li>Scheduling/Notification Agent is also responsible for setting an appointment for Buyers and Sellers. This agent is intelligent enough to find out the best scheduling date /time for Buyers as well as Sellers and reserves the time in their calendar </li></ul><ul><li>Scheduling/Notification Agent automatically reminds users about their upcoming appointments </li></ul>2.3.6 Agent Description

By using Agent Driven architecture RSMS has become more Intelligent, Automated and Continuous.
