Course DescriptionThis one-day educational programprovides hematology and oncologyclinicians, nurse practitioners,and physician assistants withan overview of the most recentadvances in the treatment of variousoncologic malignancies, based onabstracts presented at the June 2013annual meeting of the AmericanSociety of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).Invited speakers choose excitingand relevant abstracts presented atthe ASCO meeting and discuss theirclinical relevance to the oncologypractice.CreditThis activity has been planned andimplemented in accordance with theEssential Areas and Policies of theAccreditation Council for ContinuingMedical Education (ACCME)through the joint sponsorship ofCollege of Medicine, Mayo Clinic,and the Minnesota Society of ClinicalOncology.
