Our meeting will be held at Winter Park MountainLodge in Winter Park, Colorado, January 23-26, 2013.This conference is the perfect opportunity for networking with professionals at every level of the field, fromstudents and residents, to program chairs and veterans of the AOCD. Meal breaks, receptions and otheractivities provide ample time to mix and mingle.We also have many sponsorship opportunities at this conference with a wide variety of price points. If youwould like to increase your presence, or are unable to attend but would like to still make your companyknown to our members, sponsorship is a great way to amplify your visibility.The AOCD was recognized in 1958 as a Specialty College of the American Osteopathic Association. Justas the osteopathic profession has grown over the past 100 years, the AOCD has also grown. Our collegenow has 450 Fellows. The college participates in the accreditation of more than 20 residency programs thattrain more than 100 residents annually. When their training is finished and they become certified, they areawarded Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology.The American Osteopathic College of Dermatology has grown tremendously over the last five decadesto become a strong and influential specialty college. Exhibitor InformationTable Top Exhibit FeesEntire Conference: $1500.00 Daily Fee: $600.00Included in the exhibiting fees are one six foot table, draped and skirted, two chairs, two conference registrations aswell as the use of the AOCD conference rate when booking hotel rooms. Access to electricity will be provided byrequest at an additional fee. Each company should provide the necessary information to the shipping department atthe hotel for shipment of packages both to and from the conference. The AOCD will not be responsible for thesecharges.Exhibiting ScheduleDidactic sessions will commence at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Thursday through Saturday will feature didacticsessions beginning at 7:00 a.m. Beverage breaks will be provided throughout the conference and will give ourphysicians the opportunity to explore the exhibit floor.On Wednesday, January 23, 2012, a Welcome Reception is planned from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This event is opento members and their families, as well as exhibitors and is the perfect opportunity for exhibitors to mingle withattendees and establish relationships at the outset of the conference.Space AssignmentExhibitors will be placed on a first come first served basis.BadgesExhibitor Badges for pre-registered exhibit personnel will not be mailed prior to the conference. Badges will beavailable for pickup during registration hours and will be held under the company name. Exhibitors are encouragedto wear their own company-supplied name badges.SecurityProfessional security guard services will not be provided. Neither the AOCD nor the Winter Park Mountain Lodgecan be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitor property.ElectricityPlease notify the hotel in advance if your exhibit will require electricity.
