  • Date and Location Cancellation Policy Selected Topics in Internal Medicine will be held January 27-31 at the Grand Hyatt Kauai, Kauai, Hawaii. Course headquarters will be located within the resort and registration will begin Monday, January 27 at 6:00 a.m. If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo School of CPD before January 13, 2014 (fax#: 507-2840532). No refunds will be made after January 13, 2014. Separate registration for the precourse sessions will be on Sunday, January 26.
