Their appointment history with both future and past appointments display along with the appointment status.
  5. 5. MD 2 Appointment Search – search parameters. For instance, if you leave the resource blank it will look for availability for any resource, if you enter a specific resource, resource group or specialty it will offer appointments for just those providers. If you enter an appointment type it will look at just those times designated for that type of visit. All of the search parameters are optional and simply used to narrow the search. There are a number of short-cut moves to facilitate fast accurate bookings. For instance if you’re scheduling a return visit for 4 weeks from today you just enter “4w” in the date field or instantly display a calendar and click on the date.
  6. 6. Scheduling is a simple as clicking on the desired tab. Search for the patient and display important data. Full Day shows the entire day with open, booked and closed times. Freeform notes may be entered and printed on the schedule. A “ Lineup ” may be used to automatically book another ancillary appointment prior to this appointment. Since all a patient’s balances are handled on one account you may specify which episode of care the appointment is for.

  14. 14. Scheduling the way you need it. These screens illustrate just some of the more commonly used features when scheduling appointments. To show all of the options and functionality here would make this presentation fairly lengthy and overwhelming. To cut to the chase, when we install the system we ask how you want scheduling to work and then address those relevant options and procedures. We encourage our users to always be asking for more. You will find that our scheduling system will stay right with you as you make your scheduling encounters more efficient and pleasant for your patients.
