Opened: 11 September 2013 at 1800 CST, and closes 19 September 2013. Ensure your Sailors get into CMS/ID and apply for orders. The earlier they log in, the more time they have to find the best career fit for them. Commands: Comments can be made any time before 22 September 2013. Help NPC detailers make the right selections for your billets. September results will be posted by 4 October 2013 at 1630 CST. With your help, 3,000 more FY14 orders will be written in this cycle.
