Action Research Question: Will sending our teachers to the Fred Jones: Tools for Teaching conference to increase their
knowledge of classroom management strategies assist in improving the number of discipline problems we have at our campus?
School Vision: To decrease the amount of discipline problems so that all students will receive a high quality education.
Goal: Each teacher that is trained in the Fred Jones: Tools for Teaching will see at least a 35% decrease in the number of
discipline referrals.
