Run Against Heart Disease (fun run) - exercise is one of the medication-free strategies to prevent heart disease 3. Defeat Stroke (nationwide seminars) - provide awareness on easy ways of preventing stroke, which is the top 3 cause of mortality 4. Diabetes Do’s (nationwide seminars) - increasing diagnoses of diabetes - provide ways on preventing diabetes 5. Fight Influenza (posters all around ex. Comfort rooms) - proper washing and sanitizing of hands will fight influenza epidemic
