    Notes on slide 1

    time spent filling out survey (15.89 minutes) and quote our estimate in the instructions (which if I recall was 15-20) to show necessity of accuracy.  Also, maybe report %age that agreed to additional questions near end, to show lack of fatigue.  Probably also need to report sample size of 550 out of 714, and mention dropout problem.  Also, should have  a note about how we distributed it.

    Reduce top scale of x axis to 40% or so so the data fills up more of the page

    Again, reduce top of scale.
