The 'week' does not make any difference - in some systems, it's innings pitched per week - ours does not follow this. The important injury factors are # of pitches per outing and rest (or lack thereof). Once he reaches his / her limit, the player is required to rest for the prescribed period - he start of a new week, of a new tournament or new series do not matter. 3 years ago
