Goals within Roles<br />The next step in the process is to plan in the steps that get you to the goals with in your roles.<br />Example:<br />My role as a parent is to provide my children with educational opportunities and create a nurturing environment where my children can develop self confidence. To give them wings and let them fly.<br />How:<br />Plan one-on-one time with your child by making a date to do what they enjoy doing and putting it on your calendar.
