  • 3. Ingredients Llevadura
  • 4. Ingredients 175 grams de sucre
  • 5. Ingredients 6 ous grans
  • 6. Separem lesclares de lesgemes
  • 7. Repartim el sucreentre les clares iles gemes
  • 8. Muntem lesclares a punt deneu i blanquegemles gemes
  • 9. Repartim la farinai la llevaduraentre les clares iles gemes,remenant moltsuaument per ano perdre l’aireque han
  • 10. Unim les duescremes
  • 11. Remenen moltsuaument lesdues cremes finsque tinguem uncolor homogeni
  • 12. Preparem unmotlle amb paperd’enfornar i unrajolí d’oli d’olivaper sucar lesparets
  • 13. Aboquem lamescla dins elmotlle
  • 14. Ho posem al forna 170º durant uns25 minuts
  • 15. A mitja cocciócobrim el pa depessic amb paperd’alumini perevitar que escremi de foramentre s’acabade fer per dins
  • 16. Un cop cuit el pade pessic, eltraiem del motlle,retirem el paperd’enfornar i eldeixem refredarsobre un drap decuina
