  • HarindraMarasinghe Harindra Marasinghe at Seylan Bank PLC There is this company where it is required all the cheques to be signed by two directors, in a instance they have issued a cheque to a trade creditor withe one genuine signature and the other signature has been forged in the absence of the other director and the bank has honored the cheque.... at a latter stage can they sue the bank? is it wrong that bank honored the payment since the company intended on doing the payment? Thank you very much.....
