Collective Intelligence and Web 2.0 tools I don’t understand what you try to say with UNCONVERGENCE , Convergence is "The process of coming together or the state of having come together toward a common point"(from Answers.com). As I see the web allow us to work and interact with different people. I like your positive sense of the change of our history, but if radio, television, newspaper are regulated, why in the future internet could not be regulated too? http://web2097.blogspot.com/2007/03/are-we-part-of-this-humanity-lobotomy.html

Social Bookmarking & Del.icio.us: A Personal and Professional Productivity Toolthis a really good presentation, I wonder what I can do to express my ideas in such a clear way. I have been using del.icio.us for a while( actually I have saved 400 links) and I know that this help you a lot because it narrow our search in internet, when we look in any search engine, the first results we see are the sponsored, followed by a list of thousands of them, with del.icio.us we find the results but based on what other people saw and were interested in. But you know, as this place is feeded by the users, sometime the results are not relevant. so how to save what I see in internet. what I do is this:
for any general web portal that contain many type or a lot information about one topic I saved it in delicious, when I read scientific publication, I used connotea( it is awesome to save the articles in this manner and then can cited them and see what others are reading) and finally when I read something interesting but that is so generic I use clipmarks ( http://www.clipmarks.com/ ) . In that way I always have the access to the right information in the right place, but what make this tools really powerful is the fact that we learn from others, what others read, what others save, after a while you can see the trends in the world. It is amazing to think that they use and apply the same concepts as pages like Hi5 and Myspace.

Web 2.0 Presentation Tools & Resources: Flickr, SlideShare, Zoho Show & MoreI listened all your presentation and reviewed your webpage, I also embed your presentation and add the audio in stream format to my blog with an option to download it too. ( you can see it at http://web2097.blogspot.com/ ). It is really educative to hear what other people is saying, to have a broad understand of the problem, to learn where to start to work to improve our knowledge of these "new" technologies of education. Other concepts that I like about Web 2.0 are FREEDOM and SHARING (weren’t those the purposes of the creation of internet). Well, Here I leave you a link that will be helpful for you, with many tools for free http://www.go2web20.net

Web 2.0 Presentation Tools & Resources: Flickr, SlideShare, Zoho Show & MoreThis is really a good presentation about web 2.0 and few things we can do with it. I read it carefully and understand clearly what are you talking about, but based on my experience,( I haven’t read an article about how much doctors know about web 2.0 and if they know how to use it, yet?), most of my colleges do not know even the difference between a browser and a search engine. Then, terms like review content remotely, tags, the web as a platform could be some difficult to understand for some people.
And I agree with you, when you say that the community is still young, so young, there is a lot to learn, but my question is how, with the time, internet becomes "infinite" and search for information and use the tools that exist depends on who?. This is a time of health computer illiteracy ( analfabetismo informatico), in my opinion now we have a lot of information but we don’t use it.
well. I just leave this short comment because as you know a key word in the development of the web is FEEDBACK.
