  3. 3. BANGER AND MASH It is the familiar term for Sausage and Mash, a favourite British and Irish dish. It is a traditional dish made of mashed potatoes and sausages. It is sometimes served with onion gravy, fried onions, baked beans and peas. Nutritional values
  4. 4. COTTAGE PIE It is also called Shepherd’s Pie. It is originally a traditional English dish, which consists of a meat pie made with lamb or mutton and a crust of mashed potato. Nutritional values
