In these meetings we can run over parts of thedocumentary process and also discuss any issues/ problems we come across. Group members maywant to offer an idea or advice as well which is always welcome.I have set three team meeting dates, which are listed below.13thJune 2013: This meeting date is the day before the crew and cast starts filming thedocumentary. This presents a good opportunity for the team to ask the producer/ director questionsor for advice about anything they unsure about for the filming process.15thJune 2013: This meeting date is set half way through the filming process. This gives me thechance to find out how everyone is doing with their roles. It also gives the opportunity to crew andcast members to ask me questions or discus with me issues they may have had during the first halfof filming the documentary.18thJune 2013: This meeting date is set just before the editing for the documentary begins. It givesteam members the opportunity to come forward with questions or problems they have with thedocumentary.Logistics and the priceItem/ person Cost How manydaysTotal CostSony PMW-F3K XDCAM EX Complete Shooting Kithttp://www.newdaypictures.com/Video_Camera_Hire.html£890 per week A week £890Editing suitehttp://www.newdaypictures.com/editsuite.htmlQuote price£480 per day Two days £960EditorQuote price£210 per day Two days £420Cameraman £350 per day Four days £1400
