Lyoness offers members savings and cash back through a global shopping community in four ways: online shopping, in-store with the Lyoness Cashback card, with merchant gift cards, and via their smart phones.
Founded by Hubert Feidl in 2003, Lyoness is a network marketing company that offers discounts and savings to members. Through their shopping loyalty program they aim to benefit both shoppers and merchants. The company also works to benefit two Lyoness Foundations, the Child and Family Foundation and Greenfinity Foundation.
A cashback program gives users monetary rewards when they buy a certain product or service. This could be through an online store or a network of stores. The cashback company gets a commission for each sale and this is shared with the buyer. Cashback program members are given a card that can be used in member stores.
The accumulated rewards are paid back to the card user or store buyer in the form of cash or credit which can be used for future purchases.

There’s a free 30 day trial membership that is eligible for automatic upgrade at no charge. The upgrade takes effect when a purchase is made with any Lyoness Loyalty Merchant during the 30 day period.
Lyoness aims to help consumers receive discounts on shopping and bring loyal customers to merchants. The charitable foundations under Lyoness work to help children and families, and the environment.
Registration is free with Lyoness, but potential members must be recommended by another member to register.
Various cash back bonuses and discounts on purchases are offered through Lyoness. Members can also receive Friendship Bonuses of .05% for primary and secondary referred memberships.
