1 1/2 oz. Belvedere
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
3 oz. white cranberry juice
6 oz. Veuve Clicquot
20 red and white grapes, frozen
Add frozen grapes to the pitcher. Combine vodka,
lemon juice, simple syrup, and white cranberry
juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake
vigorously and pour into pitcher. Top with Veuve
Clicquot and stir. Serve the pitcher with a fun
stirrer and glasses garnished with 3-4 grapes
1-1/2 cups pomegranate seeds
1/2 to 3/4 cup brandy
1 750-ml bottle sparkling wine
In a bowl place pomegranate seeds and
enough brandy to cover. Cover; let stand at
room temperature 4 to 24 hours.
For each Sparkler, pour 5 ounces sparkling
wine into a champagne glass. Add a few
brandied seeds. Makes 5 servings.

3 oz. RedCranberry juice
Lemon Lime soda
Rim martini glass with crushed candy cane.
Combine SKYY Vodka, Peppermint Schnapps,
Cranberry Juice and Grenadine into a cocktail
shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into
martini glass. Top with Lemon Lime Soda and
garnish with small peppermint candy cane.
2 oz. Baileys with a hint of
1 cup hot chocolate
0.25 oz. Green Chartreuse®
1 dollop whipped cream
Build in a mug and float
heavy cream on top.
Garnish with cracked
cinnamon sugar and a
12 fresh rosemary sprigs
6 fresh raspberries
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1 1/2 oz. Martini & Rossi Rosso Vermouth
2 oz. cranberry juice
Muddle rosemary, raspberries, and simple syrup in
a mixing glass. Fill halfway with ice and add
vermouth and cranberry juice. Shake 8-10 times.
Double-strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish
with raspberries speared by a rosemary sprig.
1 1/2 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
3/4 oz Sour Apple Vodka
1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
Mix ingredients in martini shaker, Shake well.
Serve on the rocks.
Garnish with sugar dusted raspberries.
