• ### Math population project keynote

1. 1. Population Project By: Matthew Koen
2. 2. Linear equation So, basically what we did for the linear equation is we tried to make a prediction based off of a linear equation. When we went to go predict the population we picked 2 different points on the graph based off the population change from 1850 to 2010. In result we got our future population of 2061.
3. 3. Graph for my linear equation
4. 4. Work for the Linear equation
5. 5. QUADRATICEQUATIONTo make sure our hypothesis for the linear equation was notwrong we went and did a quadratic equation this time.Instead of just using two points we used three and made acurved line for our graph.
6. 6. GRAPH FOR MYQUADRATIC EQUATION
7. 7. WORK FOR MYQUADRATIC EQUATION
8. 8. LOGARITHMIC EQUATIONLast but not least we did one last equation to some itall up. We used loarithmic equations to see if wecould also get a different population than the first andsecond one.
9. 9. GRAPH OF MY LOGARITHMIC EQUATION
10. 10. WORK FOR MY LOGARITHMIC EQUATION
11. 11. Years & populations
