    2. 2. 2010 Statistics<br />3520 Graduates received degrees<br />18,000 programs printed<br />180+ officers, volunteers & faculty marshals to direct traffic, assist guests and organize graduates<br />27,050 chairs were set across 9 different campus locations<br />27 tents erected across campus<br />7 simultaneous diploma ceremonies<br />Every 3.8 seconds a graduate’s name was called to receive their diploma<br />If you added one second to each name, it would add 26 minutes to the program<br />

Schedule<br />Wednesday<br />THE PARTY – 9pm to Midnight<br />Thursday<br />Senior Day Speaker – 10am to 11am<br />Faculty Seminars – 1:30 & 2:45 (hour each)<br />Friday<br />Commencement Ceremonies – 9am to Noon<br />Strawberries and Champagne – Noon to 1:30<br />Saturday<br />All students must be out of dorms – 1pm<br />
    5. 5. THE PARTY<br />9:00pm – midnight<br />Open to all graduates and their families or guests<br />Graduates receive free admission in their Almost Alumni Handbook<br />Tickets are $20 each or a reserved table for 10 for $200<br />All ages welcome<br />
    6. 6. Senior Day<br />Sr. Day Speaker<br />10:00am – 11:00am<br />Memorial Gym<br />Open to all graduates <br /> and their families<br />Faculty Seminars<br />4 seminars<br />1:30pm & 2:45pm<br />Taste of what your students experienced<br />

Commencement Day<br />9:00am – Noon<br />Undergraduates stay on Alumni Lawn<br />Graduate/Professional/Medical depart for their diploma ceremonies around 10:15<br />Alumni Lawn<br />Programs, hand fans & bottled water provided<br />No saving seats<br />Arrive no later than 8:00am<br />No tickets required<br />Strawberries and Champagne for the class of 2011<br />Noon to 1:30<br />

Photography and Video<br />Grad Images will photograph each graduate in 3 different poses<br />Prior – On stage – After with diploma<br />Senior Day Speaker & Commencement (main ceremony) are both streamed live via the web.<br />The entire main ceremony is also available for purchase on DVD<br />
