I have never been more confident in our ability to drive revenue and create long-term value for our shareholders. Now that we have market validation, our next major milestone is the get the resources needed to complete the self-serve platform. With that said, to fund operations and launch our beta product we are currently raising a $500K - $750K follow-on to our first financing (~$475K). If you can contribute or help us identify additional funds, it will go a long way toward the completion of the platform. Please feel free to share this information with others.

As always, contact me at any time.

Respectfully,

Matthew Papish

  • 1. 130 West Union Street Pasadena, California 91103 mpapish@enstigo.com (626) 585-6900     Letter to Stakeholders Since founding Enstigo in 2012, the mobile advertising marketplace has exploded and is now projected to reach $72B by 2017; Simultaneously, agencies and publishers are experiencing a dramatic shift as their audience moves from desktops to smart phones and tablets. With that said, the pain has never been greater or the stakes higher for brands and marketers who are being left behind as they scramble for a scalable solution to create ads and engage mobile audiences. We are pleased to report that Enstigo Studios, our full service digital agency, is now “open for business” and competitively positioned to solve this huge problem. Although we are still in our first round of angel financing, Enstigo has come a long way and continues to achieve milestones with both our managed services and DIY product development. Here are some highlights and accomplishments: • Tom Furukawa joins as President. Before Enstigo, Tom was VP Product Management at The Rubicon Project and head of Yahoo! Publishing Group – Tom has a very deep, powerful, market-specific expertise and experience and will head up all product and technical development. • Launched Enstigo Studios. Our full-service digital agency has been battle tested and ready to meet client demand for building standard IAB ad units plus innovative “rising star,” native and custom made-to- order designs. Our capabilities also include serving these ads via Integration with all major ad networks, programmatic ad exchanges and targeted data technologies. • Acquired New Customers: Including The Tribune Company, which is working with Enstigo to build mobile ads for their publishing properties such as The LA Times and Chicago Tribune. When we complete Motion, our self-serve platform, Tribune is interested in sub-licensing the application for re-sale to other large newspaper publishers and major magazine houses. We completed a pilot campaign for Sony: Game Show Network’s original program “The Chase” and now beginning to work on sustaining campaigns for “Mind of a Man” and “American Bible When  you  build  the  platform,   we  will  definitely  use  it  as  it   will  enable  us  to  finally  buy   desktop  and  mobile  inventory   as  one  campaign,  and   optimize  across  platforms.  It   would  also  be  saving  us  from   having  to  hire  a  full  time  flash   developer,  Photoshop  expert,   HTML  coder,  and  quality   engineer.  You  could  charge  us   and  other  large  agencies   $300K+  per  year  for  a  license   fee  on  the  platform.   ~~  Accuen  (Omnicom)
  • 2. 130 West Union Street Pasadena, California 91103 mpapish@enstigo.com (626) 585-6900     Challenge.” Opened discussions with Omnicom’s trading desk: Accuen, to license our self- serve platform to build “follow-the-user” ad campaigns. We completed units for Source Interlink Media’s: MotorTrend/ Infiniti and have begun working on additional executions around their 90 online publishing properties. • Mobile Ads-to-Action: We built the following executions for customers looking to drive actions and other objectives: o Fab: http://fab.enstigo.com/ o Infiniti (Source Interlink Media): http://infiniti.enstigo.com/ o One Kings Lane: http://onekingslane.enstigo.com/ o Papa Johns Pizza (Zimmerman Advertising): http://papajohns.enstigo.com/ o Beth Stern: Animal League Donations: http://animalleague.enstigo.com/ I would also like to personally welcome Enstigo’s newest Shareholders and Advisors: • Shareholder: Cooley LLP (G,C & H Investments) • Shareholder: K5 Ventures • Shareholder: Tech Coast Angels ACE Fund II • Shareholder/ Advisor: Tom Glocer (former CEO, ThomsonReuters) • Shareholder/ Advisor: Jim Wiatt (CEO/Chairman William Morris Endeavor, AOL) • Shareholder/ Advisor: Lee Ann Daly (former CMO, ThomsonReuters) We are Hiring and Need Your Help! Now that we are “open for business” we are looking to build a team of “rock star” sales people. I’m reaching out to our trusted stakeholders to refer or send resumes of individuals. The ideal person is either from the agency side or has hands on experience selling innovative ad units into agencies with an existing pipeline to work from. I have never been more confident in our ability to drive revenue and create long-term value for our shareholders. Now that we have market validation, our next major milestone is the get the resources needed to complete the self-serve platform.
