FINANCING SOUGHT $500-$750K USE OF PROCEEDS Development and launch of platform and adding key sales people. OPERATIONS Pasadena, CA Company Summary: Enstigo launched in Jan 2013 with the mission to bring the power of rich media, video and interactive advertising to mobile. After receiving its initial capital, they began developing the broad, underlying technology as well as products and services that run on top of it. The company tested the platform to spectacular results and quickly began to see high demand for its platform resulting in paid business with premium publishers and large media companies. Product Summary: Enstigo solves a huge, global problem by easily building and distributing interactive, rich media ads on mobile platforms using existing assets. Enstigo Studios, its full-service digital agency, is “open for business” and is already creating, serving, buying and optimizing mobile/ desktop ads for customers. Enstigo Motion, the first fully integrated, DIY drag-and-drop mobile-ad builder application is well underway and, with funding, can launch its beta product in 2.5 months. The patent pending technology platform combines video & rich media files with interactive links inside mobile ad units that can run on any device on any major ad platform. Investment Highlights: Massive, Addressable and Growing Marketplace – Mobile adverting grew from $8.83B in 2012 to $18.16B in 2013, and projected to be $72B by 2017. Publishers are seeing dramatic shifts of their audience from desktop to smart phones and tablets. Browsing web sites is the #3 highest activity on smart phones and #1 activity on tablets. Advertising agencies and premium publishers are struggling to find a scalable way to create and engage mobile audiences. Patents – Enstigo's Motion.js is a patent pending (US Application 13/794,469) enterprise software platform leveraging Enstigo’s proprietary rendering engine that compiles HTML5 video, HTML audio, CSS3, and JavaScript. The patents cover three key areas: 1. Uploading of any video asset and encoding into device independent formats within an advertisement; 2. Taking an existing video and adding interactive apps via a drag and drop interface; 3. Automated production of a self-contained ad unit that can be executed on major ad servers and programmatic exchanges. Experienced and Seasoned Management – Management has over 15+ years experience building and launching successful products in digital media, marketing, and publishing from renown companies such as Yahoo!, AOL, IBM, and The Rubicon Project. Competitive Advantage – Do It Yourself platform gives Agencies and Premium Publishers the final solution to build engaging mobile and cross- device campaigns at scale. Enstigo eliminates the need to build custom ads per device and operating systems and the need to outsource mobile ad development and QA. Investors & Board Members – Enstigo already has an impressive list of early investors including Allen Morgan (Mayfield Fund, Idealab), Tom Glocer (former CEO, ThompsonReuters), Jim Wiatt (former Chairman & CEO of the William Morris Agency), Timothy Mott (Co-founder of EA, Macromedia, & Audible), Dave Morgan (CEO of Simulmedia)
