range you can expect to see in this area ranges from “around $900,000 to well
into the millions.”

“The Chautauqua Dining Hall, run by the Chautauqua Colorado Association, is a
great place to eat brunch before or after your weekend hike, and Chautauqua’s
proximity to downtown Boulder and South Boulder makes it an easy bike ride or
walk to all the dining and shopping in the area.” In addition, there are great
family-oriented outdoor activities. The Ranger’s Center provides special children’s
programs in the park, including nature hikes and campfire storytelling sessions.
Not only is this neighborhood a hub for outdoor activities, it's still within
minutes to downtown Boulder, with it's unique shopping and dining
