It’s a bit intimidating – people who understand computer stuff although I grandly refer to myself as a ‘web entrepreneur’ at parties (no nobody seems impressed) Inept Can do perspective practitioner running traditional consultations Can tell you about 8 months experience running over 30 online consultaitons for mostly Local government clients And I do have a cheat sheet BTT examples to illustrate but there are others out there and our experience to date is not atypical
