(MERSI) is born to serve and transform lives to the glory of God. <ul><li>History and Important Facts </li></ul><ul><li>Early 1998, Laying and constructing the school Building while necessary papers were on process. </li></ul><ul><li>Security and Exchange Registration No. (SEC) A-199806589 (Non –stock and Non Profit org.) </li></ul><ul><li>EL-ROI – A Hebrew word means “The Lord is my Shepherd”. Our Location : B-3 , L-7 San Rafael I, Sapang Palay, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, Philippines, 3024 <ul><li>MERSI is strategically located along the national highways leading to the different barangays. A thickly populated place ,mostly depressed and marginalized families since the place is a relocation and resettlement areas for the squatters and the urban poor from the Metropolis. </li></ul><ul><li>Ongoing projects are still extending. </li></ul><ul><li>Some subdivisions arise within the nearby areas. </li></ul><ul><li>Our students are from different areas with different economic background but mostly from the average and marginalized families </li></ul>

  12. 12. Preschool Education caters to the needs of children under six by providing developmental activities to prepare them for the tasks ahead.
  13. 13. Elementary Education Grade 1-6 (Primary and intermediate basic education)
  14. 14. Secondary Education First Year –Fourth Year Helping the younger generation as they face the transition period of their lives

SPECIAL EDUCATION caters to the needs of the special kids <ul><li>Overwhelmed with compassion to help and minister to the special needs of the special kids, we started the program by mainstreaming them to regular classes upon evaluation if possible or handle them individually based upon their needs or do some referrals if needed. </li></ul>

  19. 19. Project Undertaken: Book sharing and distribution to the Dumagats and public school students, Alay –Lakad , Donations for Calamity victims –Quezon and Aurora , Visit to Sitio Inuman- Dumagat tribes community, Participation with the local city government programs.

  25. 25. Its support: <ul><li>The school is primarily supported by minimal tuition fees from the children who are presently enrolled and it is directly used to meet the operational needs. There are lot more to do . There are needs to meet and community to serve. The task now and ahead is too great. The overwhelming desire to accomplish the vision cannot be contained within. It continually challenge each one of us to act, to share the vision ,to feel the need and response by being involved. </li></ul>
