preguntar siempre a vuestros usuarios donde? ej. cual es vuestro network preferido? leeis blogs? vais a la web desde casa, vuestros despachos o desde el movil? que? ej. haceis uso de RSS? que servicios online necesitais desde nuestra web? que applicacion facebook os pudiera ser util? sois interesadod en aplicaciones iPhone? como? ej. nos pasais feedback sobre nuestra web (producto, servicio)? como podemos amejorar la performance de nuestro call center?
