    • Nowadays, Multi level marketing is becoming morepopular than ever. MLM is a business approach, but manyof us are unfamiliar with Multi level Marketing. There are certain levels through which a product reaches to its customer. Apart from the money which is generatedthrough direct sales of the product, from the staff and the distributors, you can have an equal amount of income generated by the down lines.
    • Some of us join a MLM company under excitement of the product viability. Each But in reality selling the product and recruiting people in the down line is difficult. That is why many of us fail, because we dont know how tomarket the product and develop strategies to create a long down line. We should take some steps to make our recruitment successful.
    • Step one: Judge Your Target Customers
    • Every business must have its target specified, whether it isshort term or long term. Specifying your target leads your business in the perfect direction. The target should bespecific, measured, action oriented, real and time bound. These steps once followed will help you to achieve your targets at the right time.
    • Step Two: Choice of Proper Product
    • A company offers a particular product in Multi level Marketing. This product can be an insurance product, a holiday package or a health nutrient. If it is a healthnutrient you must target the parents as they always care for their child`s health. For a financial product like insurance you must target people who are planning for their retirement and still not having a life cover. Beforeselling you must be familiar with the values and benefits of your products.
    • Step three: Introduction of Product
    • The simplest way to introduce a MLM product is to open a store for the people to come and buy. Another ways areTelemarketing and email marketing. Opening a store is an expensive idea, so direct sales is always preferred.
    • Step four: Build Relationships
    • It is very important that you should always remain in contact with the people who are actually using yourproduct. They must be satisfied with your product, and then only you can promote your business.
    • It is sure that different people with different minds make a successful MLM business. The above steps must be considered in order to attain success. Having a deepknowledge of the product of the company, and the proper explanation to others is the key to this business.
