Memory has to be chosen at the time of purchase and cant be upgraded. Battery is glued and if its attempted to be removes it may destroy the battery.
More secure. Virus and malwares are mostly designed for Windows more than any OS. Apple creates the OS and the Hardware. They are simple and elegant. Comes with useful software.
Its only secure because a few people uses them but as they get more popular, virus will be designed for Mac. Cant be upgraded. They are really expensive. Many software are not available for Mac but for Windows.
